Minor binding wear only -- internally tight and near fine. Tight and nice later reprint edition of the 1862 books-about-books classic by the noted Scottish attorney and economist (1809-81). Some attach various dates to this undated edition -- often 1895 or 1883 -- but seemingly without evidence; certainly late 19th century. A lovely copy.
