Miniature calendar; single card stock sheet, folded, pp. [4]; 2 1/8 x 1 1/2; gilt-and-chromolithograph illustration of a glass of wine, a wine bottle and a bunch of grapes; tiny crease to lower corner; a few numbers underlined in manuscript; overall in very good condition. Founded in the 1880s by Louis W. Bunde (1858-1936), the company would become one of the premiere jewelers, watch-makers, and stationers in Milwaukee at the turn of the century. The largest jewelry retailer in the state, they would also open a branch in New York, dealing only in fresh water pearls found in the rivers of Wisconsin. Very good .
